Join our Library Friends Group
The Friends support the library through fundraising events and outreach services to the larger community.
The Friends hold annual book sales and support the library by funding programming and by purchasing items such as an outdoor picnic area, comfortable interior seating, wood shelving, a diaper changing station in the ladies’ restroom, and more.
For the last 8 years the Friends have spearheaded a community effort to support a local needy family during the winter holiday season.
New members are always welcome and persons willing to assume leadership roles are especially needed. Information is available at the library.
The quarterly meetings for 2012 will be held at 7 pm on the following Tuesdays:
February 7, March 6, July 31, and October 30
