Community Reads Kick-Off—It’s time to sign up for our second annual Community Reads program in style!  Be the first to sign up, relax, eat, connect with neighbors and learn a little about this year’s theme: "Wyoming Read Around Our Neighborhood".  Tom Rademacher, longtime Grand Rapids Press writher and author of two collections of newspaper columns, will be present.  For adults.  Saturday, March 2, 12:00 PM.

The Seven Wonders of Wyoming Scavenger Hunt—Pick up your Seven Wonders of Wyoming scavenger hunt instructions and complete each task for a chance to win a special prize.  For all ages.  March 1 to May 31.

Wyoming Reads Around Our Neighborhood Book Discussion—Join us for friendly book discussions for this year’s Wyoming Community Reads project.  Register at the discussions to be eligible for prizes.  For adults and teens.  Tuesdays, March 19, April 16 and May 21, 6:30 PM.

As a part of the Wyoming Community Reads program two interactive “Reader’s Maps” – one for Dead End in Norvelt and one for In the Neighborhood— have been developed.  These are websites that have more information about the settings, characters, background information, etc. for each of the two books.  If you want to look at them, here are the links:
