Some History:

The Comstock Park library, the smaller of two branches in Plainfield Township, has been located on West River Drive since 1961. Adjacent to Dwight Lydell Park, in an attractive downtown area serving residents of both Plainfield and Alpine Townships, it was most recently renovated and expanded in 1997 to 3,311 square feet.
