Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Café by Fannie Flagg is the telling of a friendship between two women who run a small place serving barbeque, coffee, and sometimes a little murder. This story is about friendship and surviving against all odds while providing lots of laughs.
The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper by Phaedra Patrick offers a grand journey from Paris to India. It is about a widower who finds his wife’s old charm bracelet and ends up on a journey to discover secrets he didn’t know his wife had kept. On his journey he will find hope and healing in unexpected places.
