Nurture your toddler's love of books through music, movement and stories while helping to develop their language, motor and social skills. For children ages 3 and younger with an adult.

Read and sing together as a family. Enjoy stories, music, movement and rhymes that develop early literacy skills.

Keeping Seniors active and mobile is the focus of these twice weekly classes. Focus on strength, balance, conditioning, flexibility and having fun. These drop-in classes are led by a trained Enhance Fitness instructor, are safe and effective for older adults. An annual favorite! Contest entries will be displayed in four categories and prizes will be awarded in each category by popular vote and by judges' choice. Cast your vote for your favorite entry in Byron Twp. Library's Gingerbread House Contest from Monday, December 16 through Saturday, December 21.

Categories and rules: Decorations must be edible, only the base can be non-edible. Entries in the teen, adult and families/group categories must be made of gingerbread. Entries in the kids' category may be made of graham crackers.

Traveling all the way from the North Pole (via Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farms), live reindeer will be visiting the library. Dress warmly and don't forget the camera!

Share ideas and skills while making new friends. Bring your own quilting, appliqué, knitting or crochet projects and supplies. This is not an instructor-led activity.

Combine your love of books and brews at the KDaLe Book Club. Enjoy a drink from Osgood Brewing while we talk about what we've been reading. Expert book recommendations from KDL librarians included. The book club will be held at Osgood Brewing, 4051 Chicago Dr. SW in Grandville. For adults 21 and older.
